Outpatient Services
We provide 24 hours outpatient service at the OPD. We have an emergency room handling emergency care, staffed with sufficient and qualified health professionals, trained in triage, emergency care, trauma management and patient support during difficult moments.
The outpatient has 24-hour support from departments that are critical to its operations such as laboratory, pharmacy, radiology dental, physiotherapy and maternal child.
Consultation
We have full time resident medical officers who perform general consultations, complete physical examination, recommend appropriate laboratory tests, formulate diagnoses and prescribe appropriate treatment modalities. In addition to this we also have registered clinical
officers who work closely with them.
Laboratory Services
We pride ourselves in providing high quality haematological, biochemical, microscopic and
serological diagnostic tests utilizing state of the art professionally run and maintained modern
equipment to enable accurate medical care for our clients.
Pharmacy
We have a well-stocked professionally run pharmacy department working with the best drug
suppliers in the region, with both brand and generic drugs. We boast of a steady supply of genuine, safe and effective pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic products, with the much necessary accompanying professional advice on use/consumption, at an affordable cost to our
clients.
Dental Services
We take pride in modern dental services with a visiting dentist 3 days a week and a full-time
dental technician. Our services range from cosmetic dentistry ( white filling, whitening and
veneers), minor dental surgeries, crowns, periodontics ang general oral hygiene.
Inpatient Services
The inpatient department takes care of patients who are referred for admission from the the
Emergency room, referral cases from other hospitals as well as private patients referred by
admitting doctors. Once they are under our care, they undergo various tests, procedures,
treatment and monitoring to ensure that their management is accurate.
The Inpatient Department is coordinated at the admissions, discharges and Transfers. The
nursing staff also co-ordinate inpatient services required from other departments such the
laboratory, pharmacy, nutrition center and physiotherapy among others
Maternity Services
The maternity services are operational on a 24/7 basis and covers both normal deliveries and caesarian section procedures.
Wards
The Neoglobal Medicare Hospital has a 75-bed capacity. Each ward has a nursing station equipped with emergency response kits, medical supplies and communication equipment which ensures that the any problems are dealt with in the shortest time possible.
General Wards
There are 3 general wards accommodating 15 patients, semi-private arrangements with shared washroom facilities. They are divided into medical and surgical wards (each for male and female patients)
Private Rooms
Private rooms host one patient and has extra facilities which includes a table, a working desk, a modern seat and an outdoor view. They enjoy private washrooms and other amenities such as
special meals on order.
Labour Ward
The labour ward is well equipped with comfortable beds recommended for women during labour and sufficient open space to allow them to walk around and exercise.
